Design-Elements Process
This process ensures the same high level of service and quality of design as our Design-Build process, but with more tightly focused goals. We value efficiency, yet we are careful to ensure that you enjoy the unfolding project experience. After meeting with you to determine the project’s scope and possibilities, we offer the following professional services:
Conceptual Design and Materials Selection
This is when you bring your ideas to the table—or you can sit back and let our designers wow you with their concepts. Together, we will explore alternative design schemes and materials samples in our Selection Center, beginning to narrow down the look and feel of your new space. We discuss your options for cabinetry, counters, and/or built-ins, and we begin developing a conceptual plan and tentative budget.
Design Development
Once you settle on the design approach you want, we develop detailed plans, specifications, and pricing for the cabinetry, counters, built-ins, and/or appliances required by your project. We may show you floor plans, elevations, or sketches and renderings. With your final selections in hand, we also finalize your budget.
Installation
Depending on your needs, we offer professional installation services for your chosen cabinets, counters, appliances, and/or built-ins. As an alternative, we can deliver the products to your door so you can arrange for installation yourself. Note that if we install the products for you, we warrantee both the products and the installation; if we deliver but don’t install the products, we warrantee only the products themselves.
